  These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  CLOTHING

  Clothing may be exchanged within 15 days of the original purchase date for:

  • The same item in a different size, if available, OR
  • Another clothing item of equal value

  To qualify for an exchange, clothing must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.

  Items returned after the 15-day exchange period will not be accepted.

  No refunds will be issued. Exchanges only.

  Is your jewelry sterling silver?
  Yes. Our Native-made turquoise jewelry is crafted in sterling silver unless otherwise noted in the individual product description.

  How should I care for my turquoise jewelry?
  Turquoise is a natural stone and should be treated with care. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, household cleaners, or prolonged moisture. Store your pieces in a dry place when not being worn.

  Will my turquoise look exactly like the photos?
  Because turquoise is a natural stone, variations in color, matrix, and pattern are part of its beauty and make each piece unique.
